(MITCHELL) - The Talbott Cemetery Association of Lawrence County is having their annual meeting and decoration day on June 5.
The pitch in lunch will be at 12:30 p.m. and the memorial program will be at 2 p.m.
Everyone is invited to attend.
Anyone wishing to help support the cemetery and not able to attend can send their donation to Charles J. Hildum, 619 SPORTSMAN CLUB RD, Mitchell, IN 47446 or Michelle Porter, 1296 Noe Road, Orleans, IN 47452.
Mount Pleasant Regular Baptist
Donations are being accepted to help offset the cost of mowing and general upkeep for the Mount Pleasant Regular Baptist Cemetery in Silverville.
Checks can be mailed to: Mount Pleasant Regular Baptist Cemetery, c/o Roxana Oliver, 43 State Road 458, Bedford, IN 47421.
Pinhook Cemetery
Pinhook Cemetery is seeking help with mowing and general upkeep of the cemetery. Cemetery groundskeeping rules will be enforced.
Donations may be sent to Julia Thomas, 167 Bob Dalton Road, Bedford, IN 47421.
Mount Pleasant Cemetery
The annual meeting of the Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association will be at 2 p.m. on June 5 at the Mount Pleasant Christian Church shelter house.
Anyone with an interest in the cemetery is encouraged to attend.
Sheeks Cemetery
The annual meeting of the Sheeks Cemetery Association will be on Memorial Day, May 30, at 2 p.m. at the cemetery.
All those interested in the cemetery and its maintenance are invited to attend.
Livonia Cemtery
The Livonia Cemetery Board will be collecting donations for the upkeep of the cemetery on May 27, 1-5 p.m.; May 28, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; May 29, 1-5 p.m.; and May 30, 9 a.m. to noon, at the cemetery.
Donations may be sent to Finas Curry, 1400 Lake Salinda Road, Salem, or Rita Walton, 248 W. Main St., Campbellsburg.
