Salem Man Arrested After ISP Troopers Find Drugs In Vehicle

(WASHINGTON CO.) - Late Wednesday evening,Indiana State Troopers arrested a Salem man after police found drugs in his vehicle.

Troopers stopped 46-year-old Robert Nunley, on a traffic violation on State Road 60 near State Road 335 in Washington County.

Troopers search the vehicle after K-9 Riggs alerted officer to possible drugs inside.

Troopers found heroin, meth and several items of drug paraphernalia.

Nunley is facing charges of maintaining a common nuisance, dealing in a controlled substance,possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle.

He is being held in the Washington County Jail.
