(BEDFORD) - Due to the rainy weather predicted all week, Lawrence County Highways crews will not be paving today.
"We are not paving today due to weather, looks like it could be that way all week, I'll keep everyone posted," says Lawrence County Highway Superintended David Holmes.
Crews were too pave Harrodsburg and Moore Lane from Seiboldt Quarry Road to the Monroe County line today, but that will be pushed back till tomorrow - if it doesn't rain.
On Wednesday crews will pave Popcorn Road from Springville to Popcorn Church Road. On Thursday crews will pave Armstrong Station Road from Boone Hollow Road to Fayettevile/Owensburg Road.
Crews will make one pass paving so traffic will not be allowed through. Roads will be closed from 8 a.m. until about 5p.m. each day.
