Paoli Man Arrested On Voyeurism Charge

(PAOLI) - A Paoli man was arrested after a semen sample connected him to a voyeurism crime.

Paoli Police arrested 30-year-old Joseph Biondi on May 18th on a charge of voyeurism with a prior conviction,

According to a Paoli Police Department press release, on February 1 police received a call from a man who said he witnessed someone looking into his daughter's window while she was getting dressed. Officers went to the home, and they were able to collect a sample of what appeared to be semen from beneath window.

That sample was sent to the Indiana State Police lab for analysis.

On May 12, police received new information from ISP lab and applied for and obtained an arrest warrant for Biondi, in addition to a search warrant for his DNA.
