(OOLITIC) - The Oolitic Town Council will hold an executive session on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
According to a press release by Town Council President Johnny Spears, the meeting is to address the alleged misconduct of a town employee and to discuss that individual's status as an employee.
The council will also discuss the employee's job performance evaluation.
The session is not open to the public.
