(SALEM) - A Salem man is facing a felony battery charge after allegedly attacking another man with a hammer.
Police arrested 36-year-old Kipp Jones on a Level 5 felony battery charge. He remains incarcerated in the Washington County Detention Center.
Salem Police say that on April 22 they were called to a home in the 8600 block of Sellers Lane after a report of a fight. There they found Tyler Bryant bleeding from the head and leg. Bryant told police Jones attacked him with a hammer.
