(UNDATED) - David and Becky Reed are now the owners of the Linton and Sullivan Shopping Centers.
The Reeds, owners of Local Business Enterprises, LLC, purchased the properties from former owner and manager Joe Angell, who at 81 is retiring.
The Reeds are residents of Greene County and have been involved in the local business community for over 20 years, according to a press release.
Reed said he is grateful for all the Angell family has done over the years and for all their behind the scenes involvement and contributions to the community and local organizations.
The Linton and Sullivan Shopping Centers are home to 21 businesses and employ over 250 workers. The Shopping Centers offer a variety of trades, including but not limited to dining, grocery, auto parts, BMV, drug store, finance, WorkOne, and a theater.
