(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police seized almost 140 grams of heroin and arrested an Indianapolis man in connection with an ongoing heroin investigation.
Investigators say they have used confidential informants since March to purchase heroin from 29-year-old Michael Pinner and arrested him during a "buy-bust" Wednesday night at the Walmart in Martinsville.
