(RIPLEY CO.) - The driver that caused a triple fatal accident on April 5 was intoxicated.

On Tuesday, Indiana State Police investigators received the toxicology results back from a triple fatal accident that occurred at 1:30 a.m. on April 5th, on US 50 at County Road 300 West which showed the driver of one of the vehicles was intoxicated at the time of the crash.

In that crash, a 2003 Buick passenger car being driven by 31-year-old Andre N. As a result of the collision, Devant and his two passengers; 27-year-old Margaret A. Guinn and 3-year-old Aaliyah Guinn, both of Cincinnati, OH; were killed in the crash.

Devant also tested positive for marijuana. Toxicology results also showed that Margaret Guinn had a BAC of .22 percent.
