Bloomington Fire Department Called To Kelley School Of Business

(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington firefighters were called to the Kelley School of Business on East 10th Street after a the smoke alarm activated on the third floor alerting an alarm company and fire department.

When firefighters arrived Thursday, they made sure the building was evacuated and found smoke bellowing in an empty ballroom.

According to firefighters the origin of the fire was a Sterno can that had been left in a trash can in the ballroom. The fire spread to a tablecloth and a soda machine. The fire was quickly extinguished.
