(WASHINGTON) - Washington City Police investigated a report of possible drug activity on Oak Street Sunday night.
31-year-old Michael Andi, 23-year-old Brittany A. Glosser and 50-year-old Penny Padgett were taken into custody. All are charged with maintaining a common nuisance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Padgett was also charged with possession of marijuana, and a syringe.
Bond was set at $2,500 each.
