(UNDATED) - In recognition of National Volunteer Week, Facebook followers of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources can “talk” online with DNR volunteer coordinator Jody Heaston about volunteering for Indiana State Parks today from 2-3 p.m. EDT, on the DNR’s Facebook wall.
Heaston will discuss how Hoosiers can donate their time and skills to Indiana State Parks during National Volunteer Week and throughout the year. Participants are invited to join the conversation and ask questions.
Future topics, instructions on how to join a conversation on Facebook, and commenting guidelines are posted at dnr.IN.gov/7315.htm.
