Seymour Man Turns Self In After Police Say He Injured Infant

(SEYMOUR) - A Seymour man turned himself at the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department Wednesday after learning a warrant was issued for his arrest.

30-year-old Evan D. Huntsinger is accused of injuring his 7-month-old infant earlier this year. The child suffered severe injuries.

Jackson Circuit Court Judge Richard W. Poynter issued the warrant for Huntsinger's arrest Monday after the result of a two-month investigation by the Jackson County Sheriff's Department.
