(VINCENNES) - Vincennes Police arrested a Daviess County man Wednesday for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident at 6th and Manilla Streets.
22-year-old Andrew Simon Knepp of Odon also faces preliminary charges of driving while his driver's license was suspended with a prior conviction, reckless driving, driving without insurance with a prior conviction and false informing.
