IU Sophomore Arrested After Allegedly Selling Drugs Out Of Dorm Room

(BLOOMINGTON) - An Indiana University sophomore was arrested after police say he was selling drugs out of his dorm room.

Police say 18-year-old Adel Alkhulaki was selling LSD, Xanax, Ritalin, Adderall and MDMA (Ecstasy) from his Wright Quad dorm room. He was arrested in his dorm room.

He was arrested Wednesday afternoon on two Level five felonies for dealing in a controlled substance, two Level Six felonies for dealing in a controlled substance and one Level Six felony for maintaining a common nuisance.

According to Indiana University Police Capt. Andy Stephenson officers made several controlled purchased of various drugs from Alkhulaki since January.

Officers purchased 15 hit of LSD, 10 Ritalin pills, 10 Adderall pills, 22 Xanax pills and two small bags of MDMA (Ecstasy).
