(BEDFORD) - Bedford Fire Department firefighters cleaned up a gas spill at Circle K at 16th and O streets this morning.

Firefighters were called to the station after a car drove away from the gas pump with the gas nozzle still in the vehicle.

The hose tore, causing about 15 gallons of gas to leak throughout the parking lot.

Firefighters used oil dry to clean up the spill.

Circle K officials called a repair man to fix the hose.
