Seymour Man Arrested After Firing Gun In Neighborhood

(SEYMOUR) - Multiple reports of gunshots fired early Sunday morning on the south side of Seymour resulted in a man being arrested.

Seymour Police officers arrested 25-year-old Rafael Tureand of Seymour on preliminary charges of criminal recklessness with a firearm and carrying a handgun without a permit.

Tureand was arrested after police responded around 5 a.m. Sunday after multiple calls were made about shots fired.
