(ODON) - James Riggins has resigned from the Odon Town Council.
The Odon Journal says the resignation was submitted unexpectedly. Riggins says he became disillusioned after being repeatedly excluded from discussions. He said it was clear others knew what they were doing.
The other two board members, Russel Dart and Chuck Krieg will fill the vacancy.
