(MEDORA) - A 20-year-old Medora man was arrested after he was seen riding a stolen all-terrain vehicle on Monday in the Medora area.
Police arrested Austin T. Brewster on a Level 5 burglary charge and a Level 6 felony charge of theft after admitting to taking the 2006 Polaris from a residence in the 5500 block of County Road 825 West.
Jackson County police say Brewster was arrested after a report of a man riding the ATV in the same area where the theft was reported.
