Man Stabbed, Another Arrested After Fight At Washington Bar And Grill

(WASHINGTON) - A man is in serious condition and another behind bars after a report of a fight and stabbing at Hydrant Bar and Grill in Washington.

Police were called to the establishment in the 1400 block of West Walnut Street at 4:47 p.m. on Friday.

When police arrived they found 21-year-old Jacob Bowling had been in an altercation with 28-year-old Shane Floyd of Washington. Police found Bowling in an alley across from the business. He had suffered multiple stab wounds and was taken by ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.

Bowling is listed in stable but serious conditions.

Police say Bowling was stabbed by Floyd. Police found Floyd walking outside of a home just south of Washington where he was arrested without incident on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon resulting in serious bodily injury and disorderly conduct.
