Man Facing Additional Charges After Jailers Find Meth

(BROWNSTOWN) - The discovery of meth on a man being booked into the Jackson County Jail on drug-related charges early Monday led to an additional charge of trafficking.

According to a Jackson County Police report, 48-year-old James Darrin Hess of Seymour had been brought to jail by city police on other drug-related offenses that is when Jail Sgt. Bill Drees and Jailer Daulton Anderson located about 20 grams of meth on Hess during the book-in process.
