IU Offering Free MMR Vaccinations Thursday For Students, Faculty, Staff

(BLOOMINGTON) - With the total number of confirmed mumps cases on Indiana University's Bloomington campus rising to eight, free vaccinations again will be offered this week.

From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday in the Union Street Center's Cedar Hall, auditorium room C006, 455 N. Union St., measles, mumps and rubella vaccines will be given to students, faculty and staff on a first-come, first-served basis,

University ID cards will be required.

Anyone with symptoms -- which include swollen salivary glands, fever, headache, muscle aches, tiredness and loss of appetite -- will not be admitted.
