Spring Mill State Park To Host Spinning Workshop March 3

(MITCHELL) - Spring Mill State Park is hosting a workshop to teach participants to spin yarn using a drop spindle.

Participants also will have the chance to use spinning wheels from the park's Pioneer Village.

All supplies are provided.

The drop spindle and roving participants use in the class will be theirs to take home.

The workshop on March 3 runs from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Spring Mill Inn in the Elm room.

The workshop includes a buffet lunch at the inn's Millstone dining room.

Twelve spots are available, and advance registration is required by February 29. The cost is $45 per person.
