Sandi Miller Found Not Guilty On All Three Counts Of Child Molesting

(BEDFORD) - A Lawrence County Superior Court I jury found Sandi “John” Miller not guilty on all three counts of child molesting.

According to court personnel it took the jury less than an hour to come to a verdict.

The 12-person jury began hearing testimony Tuesday morning. Judge Michael Robbins presided.

39-year-old Miller was facing three Class A felony counts of child molesting. He was arrested on March 7, 2013 and is being represented by Mary Higdon and Stacy Uliana.

According to court records, police began their investigation after the girl and her mother went to Susie's Place, a child advocacy center, to report that the child had been sexually abused. The first instance happened when the child was 7 years old.
