Last updated on Monday, February 8, 2016

(JASONVILLE) - Police are looking for a Jasonville man accused of having sex with two teenagers.

Police say 39-year-old Shannon Pilant is wanted on six felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and two counts of child seduction.

Pilant is accused of having an ongoing sexual relationship with two teenagers, one of which started in March of 2015.

The incidents began with one of the teens, with the other reportedly feeling pressured into the situation.

One teen told police that "Shannon had a bad temper and had placed his hands on my throat and threw me into a refrigerator one time for talking back to him."

One of the teens reported she was assaulted after falling asleep on a couch and woke to Pilant having his hands on her. After the incident Pilant allegedly apologized and was crying about the incident. The teen then hugged Pilant because he was crying and that is when he started kissing, groping and removing her clothes

In another instance, the teenagers reported a night where Pilant had purchased alcohol. Neither were able to remember the events from that night.

Armed with a search warrant, police found items described by the teens in Pilant's home. They also confiscated Pilant's phone finding intimate conversations between Pilant and one of the teens. In addition, identifying marks described by one of the teenagers were located on Pilant's body.

Anyone with information about Pilant is asked to call the Greene County Sheriff's Department.
