(MONTGOMERY) - The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department responded to a domestic dispute in Montgomery at about 3:30 p.m. Monday.
The argument between two men had turned physical.
Police arrested 22-year-old Samuel Southerland on charges of battery, strangulation and criminal mischief.
He was taken to the Daviess County Jail and being held on a $2,000 bond.
