(SEYMOUR) - A traffic stop Saturday night led to the arrest of a North Vernon man on drug charges on Seymour’s east side.
38-year-old Francis Harvey Sweany is facing charges of dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He is being held without bond, pending his initial hearing, in the Jackson County Jail in Brownstown.
