(UNDATED) - The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance/Tax Counseling for Elderly program is preparing taxes for low income and elderly for the tax year 2015.
Sessions will continue through April 9 at the Bedford Public Library and Mitchell Community Public Library. Sessions are weeknights and Saturdays and by appointment only.
Call either library to make an appointment.
The program is undertaking an aggressive schedule and volunteers are always needed to make this program a success. Training materials, certification and assistance are available to prepare the volunteer to create returns. If interested in becoming a volunteer, contact either library for additional information.
