New and reappointments include:

"These appointees bring great diversity of backgrounds and experiences," said Mayor Hamilton. "I appreciate each new appointee's willingness to serve and look forward to their contributions to improve Bloomington for all."

Appointments were made taking into consideration the input of the Mayor's Transition Committee "Finding Good People" task force. Other input came from staff, current and past City Board and Commission members and resident selfnominations. Residents can always access current and future Board and Commission opportunities on the City's website: bloomington.in.gov.

"And on behalf of the residents of Bloomington, I thank each of the outgoing City Board and Commission members. Their efforts leave this community a better place; we should all be grateful for their generosity of time, effort and wisdom."
