(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Highway Superintendent David Holmes says Bridge 82, on Judah Logan Road over Salt Creek, will not open today.
"Unfortunately the weather changed our plans," Holmes wrote in an email. "Weather permitting we are planning on installing guardrails on Monday and Tuesday."
Crew will also be doing approach work and hope to have the bridge open by Wednesday, January 27.
