Lawrence County To Sell Surplus Property

(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Commissioners approved the surplus property sale list.

The sale will be conducted by Auctioneer Tony Kinser of Kinser Auction Service on February 8 at 10 a.m. in the Lawrence County Courthouse lobby.

Property up for auction includes:

Lot 1: 47-11-36-343-020.000-005 A vacant lot on Brook Street in Mitchell. Original lot 114 50X132
Lot 2: 47-14-01-110-036.000-005 A vacant lot on Meridian Road in Mitchell. Total Pt. Lot 56.215 acres
Lot 3: 2 parcels 47-06-23-301-013.000-010 1520 and 1530 23rd Street. L&D lots 1 180X60 This is by the hospital where the old dialysis facility was located. 47-06-23-301-012.000-010 located at 1512 23rd Street lot 2 & 3 52.2X60 and 60X60
Lot 4: 47-06-23-120-046.000-010 A parking lot on J Street near Crane's Leather. Orig. Pt Lot 204 40X90
Lot 5: 59-02-30-232-002.000-010 North Maple Street in Orleans at Marley Park Addition 2 The old Elrod Appliance building
