Sergeant Ryan S. Miller has so well served the Indiana State police and Indiana citizens as to be proclaimed publicly deserving of praise and respect for his outstanding dedication to the Bloomington District. His consistent hard work ethic over the last several years is exceptional and very deserving of the 2015 "Trooper of the Year"
