(DAVIESS CO.) - A Daviess County man was arrested after he became unruly with emergency personnel Sunday night.
According to police, emergency personnel were called to a home on Hefron Street just before 7 p.m. after a report that a man had fallen and was unresponsive.
46-year-old Thomas Petty was taken to the emergency room at Daviess Community Hospital.
Hospital personnel then called police around 8:50 pm reporting Petty was becoming unruly.
He was treated and then arrested on charges of battery, battery by bodily waste and disorderly conduct.
His bond was set at $2,000.
