(JASPER) - A registered sex offender is back in jail on a felony charge of manufacturing meth after Dubois County police received a call that he had forced a juvenile to ingest the drug.

Police arrested 27-year-old Willie Montgomery after deputies were given permission to search Montgomery's home in the 200 block of East 36th Street in Jasper.

Montgomery was arrested on felony charges of manufacturing meth and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police say Montgomery, a registered sex offender, was not in compliance with his registration requirements and could face more charges.

Police are also looking for another suspect who allegedly assisted Montgomery in forcing the juvenile ingest the drug. Police say a warrant will be issued for their arrest.

Police are not releasing any information about the juvenile involved or his condition after taking the drug.
