(UNDATED) - All Lawrence County, Bedford, Oolitic and Mitchell city offices will be closed for the observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday.
TASC Buses will not be running on Monday.
All Monday trash will be picked up as regularly scheduled. Recycling will be picked up on Tuesday.
There will be no trash pickup in Mitchell on Monday. Trash on the west side will be picked up on Tuesday, the east side on Wednesday and Thursday and Friday trash will be picked up as regularly scheduled.
Due to the Bedford offices closing, the Bedford Board of Works and Safety has scheduled their regular meeting for Tuesday, January 19 at 4 pm in the City Hall Mark E. Scherschel Sr. Council Chambers.
Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles announced that all license branches will be closed Saturday, Jan. 16 through Monday, Jan. 18 in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
All branches will resume their regularly scheduled business hours on Tuesday, January 19.
