(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested on a rape charge after photos and a video of the passed-out nude woman were found on his phone.
Police arrested 26-year-old Robert Childers on Friday.
According to police, the 15-year-old girl reported that on the night before Thanksgiving Childers had came to her house with a bottle of Jim Beam.
They drank together and the girl passed out. She told police the last thing she remembered was standing in her kitchen. She woke up the next morning to discover that she had been raped.
Police began investigating after another woman told police that she found photos and videos of Childers doing disturbing things to a girl on Childers phone.
Police were able to determine who the girl was and found that items, such as blankets and furniture, in the videos were the same at those in the girl's home.
