Bloomington Police Looking For Man Who Robbed Liquor Store

(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police are looking for a man who robbed a liquor store on Walnut Street Pike Wednesday night.

At approximately 8:50 p.m., Bloomington police were called to Karton King at 435 South Walnut Street after a report of an armed robbery.

Police say a 29-year-old male employee told police that a male about 5-feet-5 inches tall who was wearing a green-hooded coat, red t-shirt, jeans and grey tennis shoes entered the store, showed him a gun and demanded money.

The clerk gave the robber the money and he fled on foot.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Bloomington Detective J.R. Holmes at (812) 349- 3325.
