(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Police Department and Bedford City Police Department K9 Officers received new bulletproof vests thanks to the generous donations and fundraising events by Jill Hovious, Teresa Bland and Hubler Chevrolet Buick GMC.
Thanks to Matt Barthold, owner of Sergeant's Police & Fire Equipment who officer the vests at a discounted price. Both departments want to thank the community for their generous donations to ensure the K-9s safety while on patrol.
