Motorist Arrested After Traveling 116 Miles Per Hour On I-69

(DAVIESS CO.) - A Fort Knox, KY, resident is facing reckless driving charges after he was clocked traveling more than 116 miles per hour along I-69 through Daviess County.

On Christmas Eve, Indiana State Senior Trooper Jarrods Lents was on routine patrol at 1:19 p.m.when he clocked a silver 2005 Pontiac G6 traveling northbound on I-69, about 12 miles north of Washington, traveling at a high-rate of speed.

Trooper Lents turned around and followed the Pontiac for nearly four miles at speeds between 110 and 116 miles per hour before the vehicle pulled over. The driver, 19-year-old Sean M. Bronaugh, was charged with reckless driving, a Class B misdemeanor.
