Last updated on Thursday, December 17, 2015

(BLOOMINGTON) - On Thursday, Bloomington lawyer Ken Nunn will continue his Christmas tradition for the fourth year of purchasing bicycles for children in need during the holiday season.

Nunn will partner with the Bloomington Fire Department to hand out the bikes at 5 p.m. at Fire Station 2 at 209 South Fairfield Drive.

The fire department partners with the Boys & Girls Club to match youth to bicycles.

"It is a very rewarding experience to see the pure joy on the children's faces with the surprise gifts they receive," says Lee Chapman, Engineer at Station 2.

Nunn provides the funding needed to buy each child a bike and helmet.
