(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police are looking for a man who robbed the Peoples State Bank at Kirkwood Avenue and Washington Street Tuesday morning.
According to Bloomington Police Sgt. Joe Crider, the white man in his 40s, who was wearing jeans, white tennis shoes and a dark-colored jacket with a hood, entered the bank about 10:10 a.m. and then handed a teller a note demanding money. The teller gave the man an undisclosed amount of money.
The man displayed no weapon and no one was hurt in the incident
The man was last seen leaving the bank on foot. Police say the man is described as 5-foot-7, and weighing about 140 pounds.
