(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested after a Monroe County Community School Corporation social worker accused the man of having sex with a minor.
Bloomington Police arrested 20-year old Devin Foster on charges of child molesting and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Foster is accused of having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl at different locations throughout the city between September and October. Police say, alcohol and drugs were believed to be involved during those incidents.
School officials contacted police on October 29, detectives later interviewed Foster who admitted to the allegation.
He was arrested Friday at 8:15 p.m. and booked into the Monroe County Jail where he is being held without bond.
