(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested after police say he had sex with a 13-year-old girl during a sleepover during fall break.
Two felony charges of child molesting and a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor were filed against 22-year-old Nathyn Lee Foster last week..
Foster was arrested Saturday.
The girl's mother contacted a school social worker about the incident in late October, and the social worker then turned the information over to Bloomington police.
According to a probable cause affidavit, the 13-year-old told investigators that the sexual encounters happened during a sleepover, where Foster gave her vodka and marijuana. The girl told police Foster did not now she was only 13.
One of Foster's family members told police he had addressed the age issue with Nathyn but he did not seem to care the girl was only 13.
