(BEDFORD) - A Bedford woman was arrested Tuesday night after police say they received information she was selling meth.

Lawrence County police received a tip that 46-year-old Deborah Pridemore was going to sell meth and was given a description of her vehicle and where she was going to make the sell.

Bedford Police were also alerted to the possible drug transaction and both departments were looking for Pridemore's vehicle.

It was spotted crossing the centerline on Ind. 37 near the White River bridge and she was pulled over.

According to Sheriff Mike Branham, a canine was called to the scene but before the dog could conduct a search, Pridemore gave police a bag of the the drug. Branham says the bag contained about three-fourth of a gram of crystal meth. Police then searched the vehicle and found a bag of marijuana.

Pridemore was arrested on charges of dealing meth, possession of meth, possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.
