(SALEM) - The late Hank Jacoby was named Washington County Citizen of the Year during the Chamber of Commerce’s annual dinner Saturday night.
Adam Kelly, president of the Chamber Board, presented the plaque to Hank's father, Ray Jacoby.
Nicholas Weymouth, with Turtlefish Clothing, was named Emerging Youth Entrepreneur and Salem Media WSLM 97.9 FM and Mix 94.5 FM WLRW were named Business of the Year.
