STIMULUS Engineering Inc. Of Loogootee And Time Compression Strategies Corp. Form New Company

Last updated on Tuesday, November 10, 2015

(LOOGOOTEE) - STIMULUS Engineering, Inc. of Loogootee and Time Compression Strategies Corporation (TCSC) of Indianapolis, announced the formation of a new company operating under the name STIMULUS Systems Inc.

Announcing the venture, both John Layden, CEO of Time Compression Strategies, and Tim Wagler, CEO of STIMULUS Engineering, noted that this partnership is a force multiplier for their respective companies in key strategic areas. The resulting venture brings together two premier businesses with complementary capabilities, who share a commitment to empowering great companies by merging the deep experience base of the consulting and implementation team assembled by STIMULUS Systems with the advanced technology offerings delivered by Time Compression Strategies.

The combined expertise results in a team that is uniquely qualified to create innovative customer business solutions to break out of the limiting box of traditional technology, and to create and deliver customer business solutions previously rejected as impossible. A new form of competitive advantage is emerging as a direct result. The resulting revenue, profit and ROI improvements eclipse the last generation of administrative automation systems.

"The success of this partnership is based on a shared culture and mindset that we will continue to bring the most innovative and affordable solutions to our customers and effect change in everything we do," Tim Wagler said. "Drawing on the expertise of STIMULUS Engineering and its partners, our team offers a depth of experience that allows us to enhance business results for clients in ways that are cost effective and delivered through a single-point of access for consulting, technology and services."

STIMULUS Systems boasts the capability to design, develop, deploy and support applications for the unparalleled solution included in STIMULUS Systems arsenal of offerings -- the Ancelus database. Ancelus is the first integrated data management environment to directly model the natural logic of information while using an abstract physical storage model. Using algorithmic operators independent of the physical layout of the data to store and retrieve data, it operates with a constant 100 nanosecond latency up to 32 exobytes.

"For 4 decades, IT has reduced the cost of doing business. But administrative automation, workflow and batch analytics have run their course. Greater gains will come from improving the fundamentals of the operating environment. Ancelus has opened the way to an entire new class of application software, and STIMULUS Systems has assembled the team to deliver it," said John Layden. "This next generation will shift to a strong emphasis on streaming analytics, decision support, and operational control. Long recognized in military applications, Ancelus allows it to go mainstream."

STIMULUS Systems consulting and training offerings also include a next-generation operations philosophy that goes beyond the inherent limits found in traditional systems, including principles that propagate a continued focus on cost-reduction and process efficiencies. "Having walked in their client's shoes, STIMULUS Systems recognizes that many companies have hit a wall utilizing popular principles and programs such as Lean, Toyota Production System and other management philosophies suited to a pre-global economy," said Tim Wagler. "Refined through practical application in existing successful enterprises, the training offered helps directly impact revenues and available resources by achieving increased velocity."
