(SEYMOUR) - A Seymour man has been arrested in connection with the theft of appliances and building materials from an apartment complex being developed on the east side of Seymour.
According to Seymour Police, 34-year-old Matthew Darren Thompson faces charges of burglary and theft in connection with an investigation that began October 26.
Police arrested Thompson on last week and his initial hearing was conducted Monday in Jackson Circuit Court. Judge Richard W. Poynter set a jury trial for Thompson at 8:30 a.m. March 22.
