(LINTON) - Linton residents living in the areas between CVS Pharmacy and 4th Street Northeast and Southeast and on County Road 200 North from 1000 West to 1175 West in Linton will experience a power outage between the hours of 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. beginning late Wednesday and ending early Thursday.
Linton Mayor John Wilkes says the reason for the outage is to a replacement of a regulator at the E Street substation located behind the Park Inn Motel.
Wilkes says crews will work quickly to resolve the issue.
