INDOT Looking For Snow Plow Drivers

(BLOOMINGTON) - The Indiana Department of Transportation is offering seasonal employment opportunities to prospective snow plow drivers.

A job fair will take place Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Work One facility located at 450 South Landmark Avenue in Bloomington.

Successful applicants will be dispatched from an INDOT unit location at Bloomington, Martinsville or Brownstown.  They can choose full-time work--37.5 hours per week--November through March, on on-call status during the winter months.

INDOT asks applicants to bring a valid CDL license, resume and high school diploma (or equivalent). Candidates will be interviewed and asked to create a state employment profile at the job fair.  Or they can create the state employment profile in advance at www.in.gov/spd. A drug test will be administered.
