(BEDFORD) - The crew of 1340 AM WBIW, Super Oldies 105.5 WQRK and Z102 102.5 WPHZ are asking for your help to “Stuff A Bus For L.I.F.E.”
On Saturday, November 21, a TASC bus will be located at the Bedford Jay C Plus on 16th Street and at the Walmart on John Williams Boulevard from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m.
The goal is to stuff those buses full of food and household items for L.I.F.E. Food Pantry.
Swing on by and drop off your items or while you're shopping pick up a few items to donate. While making your donations you can visit with the crew from the radio station.
It takes more than 12,000 items every month to meet the needs in our county.
L.I.F.E. was started in 1983. It is a cooperative ministry supported by over 40 churches throughout Lawrence County. The organization provides emergency food assistance every 30 days and emergency rent or mortgage/utility assistance.
Items Needed:
L.I.F.E. also accepts refrigerated and frozen items.
